Product Description
The Bowflex PR3000 home gym is a
great way to get in shape, get stronger, and build
the body you've always dreamed of. The PR3000 home
gym has over 50 strength
exercises and a built-in rowing station. With up to
210 pounds of Power Rod resistance (can be upgraded
to 310 pounds), this versatile machine helps work
the abs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, and lower
body. It includes a no-change cable pulley system,
vertical bench press, triple-function hand grips for
lat pull-down, and four-inch upholstered roller
cushions for leg extension and leg curl exercises.
The PR3000 utilizes Bowflex's
patented Power Rods, which provide resistance, or
weight, that feels as good as or better than free
weights--but without the inertia or risk of joint
pain usually associated with free weights. You can
hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod
units to the cable pulley system and go from as
little as 5 pounds all the way up to 210 pounds of
resistance.
They're precisely manufactured from
a high-tech composite material under the highest
quality control measures, then sheathed and tested 4
separate times to ensure quality and durability. The
Power Rod units are so strong, you can flex them
repeatedly but you won't be able to wear them out.

Bowflex PR3000 Home Gym Reviews:
By:
Brian Tokarcik
I've been using the Bowflex PR3000 for 3 1/2 weeks
as of this writing. I'm very over weight and I had
read reviews of different exercise machines and the
Bowflex was always at the top. I decided to give it
a try. So far in 3 1/2 weeks I've lost 17 pounds and
have put on a nice amount of muscle. I've followed
the diet plan in the manual as closely as I can and
I've found that I'm not as hungry as I used to be. I
can also fit into some old pants that have been
extremely tight and uncomfortable for several years.
It's a satisfying feeling to stand on the scale and
see the weight gradually coming off, to be able to
fit in pants I had lost hope for fitting into again
and feeling like I have some real muscle power now.
I could not be happier with this machine! I must say
though that I work out at least once a day, and most
times twice a day: once in the morning before work
and once when I get home after dinner. On Monday,
Wednesday and Friday I do the recommended advanced
weight loss workout in the Bowflex manual, and every
other day plus weekends I just do crunches, curls,
bench presses and calf raises.

I have had this product for a about 2 weeks now and
have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel. I
have lost 12 lbs. and am getting more toned
everyday. I went to the gym several years ago, I
feel like I did when I left the gym after each 20to
30 minute workout. I need to lose about 50 more lbs
and am confident this product will get these
results.
I am glad I spent the extra money on the pr3000
instead of the pr1000. I think changing the cables
between exercises would take alot more time. I
highly recoment this product to anyone wanting to
get in shape. |

Additional Details
The Bowflex PR1000 home gym will get
you ripped! If you are looking to get stronger,
leaner, and build some muscle mass, this is the
piece of home fitness equipment you need.
The greatest thing about the Bowflex
PR1000 home gym is its versatility. You can combine
several different types of exercises and routines.
The PR1000 works based on a power
flex rod system which for some users is initially
kind of strange to get used to, however after using
the Bowflex you will love the phenomenal results you
obtain. The power flex rod system keeps you
constantly focusing on correct form and posture. The
slight feeling that some users describe as
instability is intended to keep your muscles from
constantly firing in all major and minor muscle
groups used during your workout routine.
The PR1000 is an incredible workout
machine. You can tone and tighten your
abs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, and lower body
The Bowflex PR1000 features 210
pounds of resistance which allows you plenty of
range to get in a great workout regardless of what
your goals are.
The PR1000 utilizes Bowflex's
patented Power Rods, which provide resistance, or
weight, that feels as good as or better than free
weights--but without the inertia or risk of joint
pain usually associated with free weights. You can
hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod

Bowflex PR1000 Home Gym Reviews:
By:
Warpspeed
This just arrived today. Took about 2 hours to
assemble, but it's pretty easy. I almost bought this
from another site, because they were going to
assemble it (would've been 200 extra dollars for
that) and I am very glad I did it myself.
This unit is extremely sturdy and well put together.
I was a bit nervous to buy this because I have young
kids I did not want to trash it. Believe me, they
couldn't! This is far too well-designed and durable.
Worked out for about an hour, and I love it. Lots of
exercises you can do (both muscular and cardio) and
you can really feel it.
As others have noted on other models, I can see how
the weights (200 lbs) might not be enough, but I am
not looking to become the Incredible Hulk. This unit
is perfect to stay fit and not let those holiday
meals get the upper hand.
I really recommend this to anyone who wants to work
at home and does not want to be bored with the same
old routine (treadmill, stationary bike, etc.)
Great job, Bowflex!

This bowflex is just what I was looking for. I have
type 2 diabetes and the pr1000 give me the exercise
to help control my blood sugar levels.
